Born in 1979 in Albi (France), he lives in Paris.

Clément Rodzielski, who graduated from the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris, engages in sculpture and painting through the arrangement of painted screens, double grounds, cut out surfaces, and inclined planes, conceived as places of separation and obstruction. The mirages and colourful nebulae which take shape foresee the very place of their disappearance. The elegant and delicate formalism of his installations is contradicted by an impression of incompleteness, and a sobriety verging on obliteration. Sculptures and paintings are informed by the passing of objects and images, and draw back, revealing a time gap, and at times anticipating the conditions of their photographic shot. The pieces echo one another, in a play of scale and spatialisation where "each one might be the other's dream".

At le Printemps de septembre, Clément Rodzielski occupies a ground floor room in les Abattoirs – Musée Frac Occitanie Toulousettoirs.
