This is the hello monster! Is the name of the solo music project and album of the same name by the performer, songwriter and sound artist Gérald Kurdian. Inspired by the New York-based “anti-folk” tendency (Regina Spektor, Antony & the Johnsons, Chris Garneau) and Scandinavian pop (Ane Brun, Anna Ternheim), This is The Hello Monster! opens up its intimate, lo-fi world in this solo concert with synthesizers, machines and toys.
