William Klein

Born in 1928, he lives in Paris, France

American, he is on of the greatest after war photographer. He is interested by painting, cinema and photography, and particulary by how its different techniques can be interpreted. Some thirties art works from his serie "Contacts" will be presented.

It is not just a picture, but a fragment of the contact-sheet that he enlarged on which William Klein strokes with a paintbrush, as the pencil stroke photographers make to indicate their final choice.
