The body and its depiction are closely bound up with the evolution of science and technology. Incorporating Bernard Lallemand's work within the Museum of Medicine in Toulouse presupposes a temptation which the artist has enthusiastically given in to. For a few days, his distinctive dummies , at once androgynous, inert, sophisticated and sordid, will take the place of the museum's busts and other objects.
