Technologies To The People is an international entreprise that seeks to favour access to the information society and new technologies for the underprivileged. One key aspect of TTTP is its commitment to economic, cultural and social development, a commitment  that demands the presentation of new perspectives in all areas, and from every angle.

The fact that TTTP is working with the Spanish artist Daniel G. Andujar on implementation of this project illustrates the importance of the task it has undertaken. The Foundation has worked with Andujar throughout the year. The artist selected the participants and defined the general conditions, choosing  four web users from different corners of the globe so as to come up with the surprising vision of Toulouse and its area. This project is a part of a more general programme of collaboration and help with the use of new technologies in artistic practice.
