Ellen Allien

Ellen Allien, founder of the very fashionable Berlin label Bpitch Control, cultivates a musical language all her own. Without settling on a precise style, her electronica techno is made of crazy "spoken words" electro, but also of abstract "down beat" tracks, mixing heavy techno beats with aerial sounds. The real strength of the whole is Ellen's voice, which contains the whole spectrum of her music, urban, hard and pop at the same time.
