Born in 1975 in Tel Aviv, she lives in London.

A building has been going up in Tel Aviv since 1968, but it has never been finished. It is called “Israel American Medical Centre”, designed as a hospital for well-off patients. In this short documentary (2001), the artist invites the architect who formerly designed this hospital to re-visit his unfinished work and venture into what were to have been huge emergency wards, splendid private rooms for patients, and physician’s surgeries.
With a great wealth of detail, the architect uses his imagination to reconstruct a building that he never completed. The abrasive contrast between desire and reality, and between expectations and frustrations is present in this work.
