Lauren Huret is a visual artist based in Geneva. Much of her work focuses on technological imaginaries, including artificial intelligence, computer history, and the mass-distribution of images on the Internet. Relaxing data is a relaxation session that uses the simple method of body scan medita- tion, consisting of "scanning" the whole body starting with the toes and ending with the forehead. The artist uses the body as a time measure. Starting in 1984 (her year of birth), she narrates the history of the techno- logical advancements of the last three decades especially in the fields of communication and information, with the goal of creating an impersonal autobiography.

Lauren Huret's work is presented in the group exhibition  France Électronique.
